I supervise 10 housing case managers through mentoring, case conferencing, and individual supervision, and support MSW student internships. I oversee caseloads serving individuals and families experiencing housing instability.
My responsibilities include internal audits, program fidelity reviews, grant management, capacity and outcomes reporting, and data monitoring. I collaborate with finance and leadership on grant applications and support affordable housing leasing, tenant services, and HUD HOME compliance monitoring.
I work with property management, facilities, and leadership on budgets and rehabilitation planning for USDA Rural Development subsidized apartments. Community participation includes Coordinated Entry, outreach, stakeholder, and local planning meetings across Thurston, Lewis, and Mason Counties.

I provide expert consultation, reports, declarations, and testimony in dependency and shelter care cases involving housing barriers. My work includes reviewing housing-related service efforts, developing safety and reunification plans, and coordinating with families and dependency teams.
I collaborate with parent attorneys, child welfare workers, guardians ad litem, children’s attorneys, court stakeholders, and community providers to identify barriers and connect families with appropriate housing supports.

At VCA Pacific Avenue Animal Hospital in Tacoma, I worked as a circulating nurse and veterinary emergency and urgent care assistant: full time from August 2017 to April 2018, followed by part-time and relief work through May 2023.
At Companion Veterinary Hospital in Lacey, I served as Office Manager and in Client & Patient Services from January 2013 to September 2016, managing front-office staff, billing, inventory, supplier contracts, and budget tracking.

Early social work practice | 2007–2008
As a Child Protective Services Investigator III, Afterhours Investigator, and CWTAP intern with the Department of Children & Family Services in Spokane and Tacoma, I investigated allegations, assessed immediate safety needs, supported families, and prepared court documentation from September 2007 to December 2008.
At Volunteers of America’s Hope House in Spokane, I served as shelter staff and a BSW practicum intern from January 2007 to February 2008, supporting shelter operations, advocacy, crisis intervention, referrals, and resident activities.
